Why is *ALW* here?

*a little wish* is here because we are willing to take on topics and situations that many are afraid to, or wish to close their eyes too.

Due to the fact that many of *a little wish* are victims of bad medical practice, we are we are with *a little wish* unable to just DO NOTHING.  Some may not be able to publically speak about their situation, however by providing their case study, they are doing what they can, in a time frame that is best for them.

*a little wish* is possibly the only website in the world informing and educating about the (increase) risks of post pregnancy hysterectomy.

*a little wish* have been members of established surrogacy groups elsewhere however were not given the help and support they felt they needed and should have been provided with, when needed, especially as they were long standing members of the group.

*a little wish * ‘Sharing Fertility’ grew from the need for a support group for surrogacy and a way to meet intended parents / surrogate mothers. (Our first two surrogacy babies arrived in 2007!). Many had tried alternative paths but unfortunately had encountered negative experiences.

As many in *a little wish* have endured tragedy and trauma in different ways, both by nature and man, many feel we have a better empathetic view of infertility and are more compassionate, welcoming, open and supportive.  Mixed with the experiences gathered by many others this makes *a little wish* uniquely placed in the area.
